After two decades of helping publishers, teachers, students, and advisors preserve their school memories, we are announcing the retirement of Yearbooks Desktop. Since its initial launch, this platform has served as a cornerstone for capturing the events, milestones, friendships, and shared history of generations of high school students across millions of PDF pages.
Technology and publishing environments have evolved significantly over the past twenty years. It has been 10 years since the final yearbooks software update. We have made the difficult decision to sunset Yearbooks Desktop and focus our development resources entirely on next-generation software solutions.
If you currently have Yearbooks Desktop installed, your local application will continue to function on your device as-is. However, please be advised that because development and support have ended, we can no longer guarantee compatibility with future operating system updates or provide technical troubleshooting assistance.
Publishers please note: we can no longer generate license keys as of June 1st 2026.
